Redhill Road

This large-scale Prestige Design & Build project delivered a comprehensive transformation of a residential property - combining two major extensions, a loft conversion, and a complete external façade upgrade to create what is essentially a new home within the footprint of the old one.

The centrepiece is a bespoke orangery extension featuring full-height Core Vision glazing and a feature lantern roof. The slimline framing system creates a near-frameless appearance, maximising glass area and flooding the interior with natural light while maintaining a strong visual connection to the garden. Structural steel was installed to open up the rear of the property, and the orangery superstructure was built on reinforced foundations to support the glazing loads.

Alongside the orangery, a rear extension was constructed with matching large-format glazing, brick and block walls, and its own structural steel frame — together creating expansive open-plan living and entertaining spaces that flow seamlessly from the original house out towards the garden.

A loft conversion added significant additional living space to the upper floors, incorporating structural floor strengthening, dormer alterations, a new staircase, and fully finished bedrooms with integrated electrics and plumbing.

To tie the whole property together externally, the original brickwork was upgraded with a full K-render system and architectural cladding features . External insulation was added beneath a clean, modern render finish — dramatically changing the property’s street presence and ensuring the extensions, loft, and original house all read as one cohesive design.

The result is a home transformed at every level — more space, more light, and a bold contemporary exterior that matches the ambition of the work inside.
