Initial meeting
A free in-home consultation with one of our designers. We walk the property, listen to your vision and leave you a detailed written consultation report.
02.
Design
Our architect develops detailed floor plans and specifications that guide every key decision, from layout and glazing to kitchens, lighting and finishes.
03.
Fixed-price quote
You receive a detailed fixed-price quotation and works schedule covering design, planning, building and finishes. The price we agree is the price you pay.
04.
Build
A dedicated project manager coordinates vetted local craftsmen, handles building control, keeps the site clean and updates you with regular progress reports.
05.
Handover
We walk you through the finished work, hand over full documentation, and back the project with a 10-year structural warranty as standard.
