This Prestige Design & Build project combined an extension, kitchen refurbishment, and complete external landscaping to transform both the interior and outdoor spaces of a Guildford home.

The main addition is a 20m² garden room extension , built on reinforced foundations with full insulation, weatherproofing, and glazed doors that open directly onto the garden. The space works as a flexible living area with a strong connection to the outdoors, designed to suit everything from day-to-day family use to entertaining.

Inside, the existing kitchen was stripped out and fully refurbished with a new layout, updated services, upgraded lighting, and contemporary finishes. The new kitchen ties naturally into the extended living space, making the ground floor feel open and cohesive.

Outside, Prestige delivered a porcelain patio with proper sub-base preparation and drainage, alongside a new driveway with full excavation and surfacing. Together, the landscaping and hardscaping elevated the property’s kerb appeal and created a usable outdoor entertaining area that complements the garden room.

Everything was managed under a single Prestige contract, from groundworks through to final finishes, completed in just 12 weeks.
